The property was immaculate and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was the perfect size and we couldn’t have wished for a better break. Breakfast was a choice of everything, from continental to cooked and home made cakes or fresh fruit. The room though small had everything you needed and was meticulously cleaned every day. It was a very comfortable stay. The outside pool area was lovely and so was the spa areas that you could book each day for the sauna, steam room and indoor pool. Thank you

The rooms are modern. The bicycles that you can use to go to Florence.

Breakfast offering was very good with the exception of the coffee . The hotel needs to upgrade its coffee . Americano tastes bitter and like filter coffee.

The staff are so friendly and unbelievably accommodating, we messaged the reception WhatsApp several times and the response was always fast and super helpful. The hotel is beautiful with lovely facilities, our room was super clean and comfortable. Location is slightly out of the way but this meant it was a little quieter and with a free shuttle to and from the centre, it wasn’t a problem at all. We absolutely loved our stay here, our favourite of 3 hotels in Tuscany so far.
