The apartment was fantastic, great space, huge comfortable beds, huge kitchen area, loved the old features in it but all modernised.

Good location for the conference centre and trams (10 mins walk). Quiet location in a nice square about 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. Large room, comfortable bed, passable shower although tepid water on Saturday. I was cold at night with no extra blankets available in the room. The Reception is at the Villa Royal Hotel about 6-7 minute walk round the corner. Staff were very pleasant. Good security - I needed 3 keys and an electronic key fob to get into my room.

The Staff assistance was on the high-end level. They were very helpfull and naturaly kind. I appreciate that very much. I'd gave them a rise of a sallary if it was dependent on me. The venue is great to see Florence and the apartament is near train station and the city center. Thank you for your hospitality.
