Amazing hotel in a great location, just a short walk to the centre of Florence. Some of the best hotel staff we have ever come across, from the restaurant to the reception to the pool, the service was immaculate. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!

Incredibly beautiful building and interiors. The pool was heated and although not warm, it did take the edge off. Food and service incredible. Breakfast not massive but so well presented and thought out. Rooms adequate and well appointed. Although our room did have a bath shower which was quite impractical and storage in the bathroom for toiletry bags etc was limited. Complimentary shuttle to and from Florence and location to Florence. Just 10 mins away. Taxi will cost £20

The hotel and gardens are beautiful and the location, in the leafy southern suburbs about half an hour walk from the city centre, was idyllic.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The gardens and pool area are lovely and the architecture is stunning. The beds are very comfortable and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Food and drink was excellent by the pool. We didn't eat in the main restaurant during our stay but the recommendations for restaurants in Florence that we were given by the hotel were superb.
