The staff was great and helpful. Got an upgrade as well so had a very nice spacious room. The recommendations sent by the hotel for Florence were also a very nice touch

The hotel is divine - so beautifully styled and the staff warm and knowledgeable and the epitome of good hospitality - we could have stayed in our beautiful room for weeks!
