The location (10 min walking from the city centre) and the view on the river.

Thought the property was very nice to look at. The room was very clean and comfortable. The terrace garden was great to sit in. Location was brilliant with gorgeous views. Fabulous boutique hotel.

The location was fantastic. Right by the Arno and a great view as I walked outside, plus only a short walk into the heart of Florence The room was well planned, modern and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful

The room is quite spacious and the location is superb. The staff is responsive and helpful. Plus the shampoo in the room is really nice.
