Lorenzo our host was fantastic. So enthusiastic and welcoming, extremely helpful and a real lift after a long bus journey! He offered us complimentary coffee and told us all we needed to know about how to get around Florence. Highly recommended. Little extras like chocolates in our room on arrival which was a nice surprise.

Location was great. Metro station only about 8mins walk. Very close to city centre. I would definitely recommend this to couples. And I would definitely return!

The location was good. We could walk to all major monuments and museums. Lots of restaurants around the place.
