It’s not my first time staying at Room Mate, and I’ve chosen Luca in Florence again. The amazing staff, the cozy atmosphere, the perfect location, and the generous breakfast; all of it makes me want to come back every time!

Great location, less than 5 mins walk to accademia galleria, and everything else within 15-20 mins walk max. Was able to pop back to the room in between things because it was so close. 24h reception is very helpful as we arrived late at night and left early in the morning due to our flight times and the staff were very friendly. Room was fairly small but very clean and the bed was very large and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of options, including for vegetarians and it is available until 12pm which is great if you want to have a lie in too! Also was great to have the air conditioning in the room too as it was 37° when we were here!

Lovely modern hotel with a touch of retro charm. Staff were lovely, buffet breakfast was great with lots of choices. Location was also quite central. Comfy bed and great aircon in 36 degree heat.
