I had an amazing stay at Residenza Oltrarno in Florence! The property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Arno River, close to great restaurants, cafes, and a convenient bus stop. The property itself was spacious and very well maintained, offering all the comfort and charm you'd expect from a stay in Florence. A special mention must go to Filippo, the host, who made the experience truly exceptional. Even before I arrived, he reached out to provide clear guidance on how to get to the property, ensuring my arrival was smooth. Filippo went above and beyond by giving me a virtual tour of Florence on the map, pointing out the must-see spots and local recommendations. His knowledge of the city and his genuine hospitality made him one of the best hosts I encountered on my entire trip. He also provided me with all the important details about both the property and the city, making me feel well-prepared and welcomed. Overall, Residenza Oltrarno is not just a place to stay, but a wonderful part of the Florence experience, thanks to its ideal location and Filippo's exceptional hosting. Highly recommend!

Filippo was such a lovely host! He gave us plenty of information about Florence and was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The place was beautifully decorated and clean. Easy to get to from the train station and comfortable enough for three of us.
