He is an exceptional host—attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. From the smallest details to the bigger picture, he approaches everything with warmth and precision. You feel not just welcomed, but truly looked after. The property itself is well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that great care has been taken to ensure guests feel at home. We’re so grateful for Massimo’s hospitality and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Florence!

I really enjoyed my stay at Residenze Olimpio in central Florence. The location is excellent—right in the heart of this magnificent city. The place was very clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the free parking, which is a big plus in Florence.A special shoutout to Massimo, who was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions and requests. Even though we didn’t get the chance to meet him in person 😊, he was always kind and professional.If I had to mention one small suggestion for improvement: since everything else is so new and well-designed, updating the bathroom with a more modern style would make this residence truly top-notch. Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again

The room size is big, perfect central location and the deco, cleanliness and facility in the room is fantastic! Massimo is very helpful and friendly. Can’t ask for more!
