The apartment was located within a 10-minute walking distance from the Basilica of Santa Croce. The apartment was very clean, with a big double bed and a couch that could be turned into a comfy bed. Overall, the apartment was enough for a family with 2 kids and was pet-friendly. There were good air conditions that were mandatory for our July visit to Florence.

The location is perfect, really easy to get around in city centre, whether walking or getting public transport (6mins walk from bus stop). The area is quiet and felt safe walking at night as well. Rooms were very spacious for a family of 4. The host Fabio was very welcoming on day of arrival and arranged to get our room earlier than check in time and our bags carried in the room. We stayed for 3 days and we had our rooms tighten on day2 which was nice as well.
