10 star staff, always helpful and nice. Amazing location, we walked to every destination on foot because it was such a good location. Also very close grocery stores. Amazing breakfast ! Very nice ladies there. An advantage is the common kitchen with freezer and tables, very helpful.

Honestly, booking.com reviews confuse me. I booked to stay at Residenza on my recent trip to Florence as it was one of the cheapest options. Judging by the reviews I really wasn’t expecting anything too amazing. I read reviews describing the decor as being ‘tacky’ or outdated. Yet for me, this place was truly wonderful and magical. The building, the room, the furniture all had so much character, I would take this any day over a 5 star luxury bland resort where every room is identical. The service was brilliant, we arrived very late and the receptionist bless him stayed up waiting for us. The incredible hospitality extended throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was great, again you can’t really go wrong with a selection of Italian meats, pastries, cheeses, and good coffee. Overall 10/10, I would definitely return.
