Excellent service, very friendly reception, the two ladies Carolina and Donatella would easily handle a 5***** residence- best job! Made the stay in Florence perfect!

The room had all the comforts described and more. The location was spot on . It was warm and clean . The host was welcoming and helpful. After we announced her our engagement she even left us a gift in our room. If we ever visit Florence again this is were we are staying. Thank you so much.
