Excellent location in the middle of the Historic Centre but not noisy. Room was very clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Lovely breakfast available.

Location, excellent front desk staff (help w/ luggage - there is no elevator & stone stairs consistent w/ age of building, quiet despite being on a central street a short walk from the Duomo (great people watching), comfortable beds, kettle & tea in the room, responsive to inquires, great value for price.

Perfect location right in the centre of Florence short walking distance to all the mains areas. Check in process was smooth and easy. We were staying for one night as we previously had visited two weeks ago we came to try a restaurant and do some shopping and this stay was perfect for this - the aircon was a dream and really needed after being out in the heat. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful and the building was peaceful. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Florence :)

Communication was great, we were welcomed on arrival, the room was just awesome, it was huge and has great features. Central location but not noisy at all. Aircon worked really well. Would 100% recommend!
