First of all, it was very easy to find the main entrance based on the information we had received. The room was located within a short walking distance of the tram and close to the city center, while still being free from city noise at night. The room appeared clean and well-maintained without being flashy, which we appreciate, and it fully lived up to our expectations – the photos gave an accurate impression. We would especially like to highlight the housekeeper assigned to the room – truly very service-minded :)

The property is quite rustic and as you would expect old and worn looking but It is spacious and clean and located in the heart of Florence. Communication with the owners was extremely good.
