The residence was lovely and clean the staff were very friendly, helpful , kind and considerate. I have limited mobility so sadly the location was not suitable as it was a little out of the central area so the roads were not as well maintained so it wasn't suitable for pushing the wheelchair . The lady who managed the property was very understanding when I explained this to her and offered to refund us our money if we coukd find another place nearer the centre. So we only stayed the one night as I fojnd something right in centre. I cannot thank Carolina enough for her care and understanding and would not hesitate to reccomend the accommadation to anykne who has no issue walking the 600-700mtrs to the centre. The score relates more to our needs than with the accommodation .

A kettle and teas and coffees were supplied in the room. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. It was in walking distance to the main square.

This is a nice room in a flat in a period building right in the city centre but away from the commotion. We had a minor issue with our room but Carolina very promptly stepped in and moved us to another. She’s a great host.

Location Quieter part of town, not too far from duomo, good food nearby and also not too far from tram that takes you to and from the railway station. The contact person was very accommodating and caring. I was in my own and felt safe.
