I arrived at the Relais Uffizi hotel. The hotel is elegant, classic, and of the highest possible standard — truly top level. In cleanliness, in design, and in quality. But it doesn’t end there. Giulia, Giulia is simply special — with an incredible, reassuring smile and a level of service and hospitality I haven’t experienced in years. Come on, sit down, have some wine, go here, do that — all with an immense sense of warmth and heart. First time in Florence, first time in this hotel — and if there are things worth coming back for, it’s this quality, this level. Well done, Giulia. Thank you for the experience, which is still ongoing. And I haven’t even mentioned the quality, the design, and the incredible breakfast room with the most beautiful view in the world over Piazza della Signoria. Simply wow — there’s no other word. The hotel is also very well connected with restaurants and nightlife spots. Just say you’re coming from the hotel or that you know Giulia — and the treatment becomes a hundred times better. An experience like this, I wouldn’t have missed for anything in the world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️🙏🏻

Honestly nothing to dislike about it. Tucked away in a cute side alley in the centre very close to Ponte Vecchio, boutique style hotel. Rooms are newly refurbished with big windows, very spacious, incredibly clean. Delicious breakfast and lunch options. Small touches like lemon infused water and nibbles laid out in the entry hall. Incredibly helpful management and waiting staff. Our room was 207 next to reception and we weren’t disturbed by any noise. Thank you to everyone for our wonderful stay we will be coming back.

You know how in Italy you usually need to knock off a star from any hotel rating just to manage expectations? Here, it is exactly the opposite. Relais Uffizi is a true gem in Florence. The hotel manages to combine an exceptional location with a very high level of hospitality. It is tucked away in a relatively quiet spot, yet just steps from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi. You are right in the heart of everything, while still enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep. One of the standout advantages, especially in a city like Florence, is arriving by car. The hotel offers valet parking and also takes care of everything related to entering the ZTL, including registering your license plate. The entire arrival process becomes smooth and completely stress-free. The rooms are spacious compared to what you usually find in the city center, the bed is very comfortable, and the attention to detail is noticeable everywhere. The towels are new, soft, and highly absorbent, the toiletries smell so good you will be tempted to take them home, and the breakfast is high quality and a perfect way to start the day. Above all, the service truly stands out. The staff is excellent, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The only problem with this hotel There is a very good chance you will find yourself coming back again.

Location was superb as it was very central. Staff at reception and in kitchen were professional, friendly and met our every need! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Quaint boutique hotel with charm! Definitely worth a stay!! Our adult children with our grandchildren also enjoyed their stay in a family suite accomodating beautifully the four of them. The children slept upstairs in a loft type setting! Everyone enjoyed their stay! Thank you to all staff who made us feel at home and part of their Relais Uffizi family!
