Very kind and helpful staff that gave us tips on what to visit and where to eat. The location is amazing without it being noisy at night, the rooms are spacious, beautiful and very clean.

Very central location. Lovely welcome gifts of wine and snacks! Very clean, good amenities in bathroom. Tea, coffee available. Located around the corner from a laundromat and supermarket!

The location is very convenient and easy to access. Everything you might need is nearby, making it a great choice for both short and longer visits. The environment is clean and thoughtfully arranged.

Despite being in a busy central location our room was so peaceful and quiet, a lovely cool sanctuary away from the heat and bustle of Florence. Great location to walk everywhere, to all the major sites, including to and from the train station and round the corner from a fabulous food market. The place was spotlessly clean with great coffee available and a water station. I liked the nice touch of a small fridge in the room and a carafe so you could always have cold water in your room. The lady who welcomed us also gave us some great local info and advice. Oh and there is a lovely little box of welcome goodies, nuts, crisps, biscuits etc.
