Lucio, the staff member from reception, is the biggest asset of the property; super attentive and helpful. Room full of character, comfortable and clean. Right in the heart of town.

The staff was nice. Location is great. You can see the duomo. Sound isolation from outside is great, you can barely hear the church bells and traffic. You get snacks and water.

Superb all round. Central location, lovely spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed with good linen. Luccio at reception gave us a warm welcome and very helpful information
