Excellent!! From the first communication to arrival the owners were ultra friendly and helpful The room was large, warm (it's winter) and clean Also in a convenient location near the station and easy to walk to all attractions. Would definitely stay here again when in Florence. Oh did I mention the friendly and helpful owners!! So lovely!!!

A fantastic, warm greeting from the host, who showed us a map of the town and recommended some sights and restaurants. Access was easy and our room was perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
