We were upgraded to a bigger room by host. Friendly owner and staff who are physically available between 9am and 8pm . otherwise you can contact by WhatsApp. New upscale Very well serviced and decorated rooms . Comfortable bed. cleaned daily .nice complimentary collection of teas and coffee capsules. only 10 minutes away from central train station by Taxi ( 8- 12 EURO ) Central

Small and elegant. Simple and stylish interior, well-stocked counter for coffee and tea, hotel is perfectly located - within walking distance of many sights and quiet despite its central location (small side street). AND extremely courteous and welcoming staff.

The location was just great for us, a quiet location, that is just 3 minutes walk from the touristy area, walking distance from the train station, and a minute walk from the river. This was the original reason that we chose this hotel, but once we got there, the staff were super helpful and nice, and the hotel itself was clean, tidy and well maintained, well above expectation, It's a luxury hotel in small package, and we would love to stay again in our future Florence
