The hotel has a very interesting design and style, but I don't think it’s worth the price. The rooms are quite tiny and dark. I had a view of the bins, which wasn’t pleasant. You can hear your neighbors very clearly through the walls. The pool is not really for swimming; it’s more for refreshing, as the water only comes up to your knees. The location isn’t the best—it's quite far from the old town and the train station, although it is next to the river. On the plus side, the staff were helpful; I wanted to extend my stay by one night, and they were able to accommodate me. However, they added an additional 50 euros to my bill for services that were supposedly optional, but it was already included the on the invoice, so it felt somewhat misleading. I’m also including a photo from the rooftop bar. The view was nice, and you can judge for yourself. Overall, I felt quite ambivalent about my experience.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The staff were happy to help with anything. The room was huge with a private terrace overlooking the Duamo, we had breakfast delivered to our room each morning so we could enjoy the view. The overall feel was modern and clean throughout. The rooftop pool had spectacular views of Florence and was brilliant to cool down in after exploring the city. Cocktails were served poolside as well! Valet parking no problem. The hotel is conveniently located outside the ZTL and only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Florence. The location is better than anything more central in my opinion as the further in you go, the less panoramic views of the city and the Tuscan hills you get. Definitely THE place to stay whilst visiting.
