Nice and clean hotel in an historical buildings. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice perfume they use is with good quality and taste. You can take a lots of nice pictures inside building.

The hotel has a fantastic location – ideal for exploring Florence on foot. It’s a short walk from major sights like the Duomo, Uffizi, and Ponte Vecchio, yet feels tucked away enough to escape the crowds. The building itself has a lot of charm and authenticity – walking through the courtyard atrium and using the original lift really sets the tone for a classic Florentine stay. Our room was a good size and tastefully decorated.

This hotel calls itself a palazzo, and that is indeed what it is: housed in a great, baroque-looking palazzo. My room was very spacious, with an excellent modern but stylish bathroom and very good airconditioning (necessary during the July heatwave). Staff were helpful. The location is perfect, with several Firenze must-sqees within a 5 minute walk (like Palazzo Vechio, Uffizi or Santa Croce church and square) and many restaurants nearby, even an excellent one just across the street (La Buchanteria or something like that) You should be aware that staff is only present at the front desk from 8 a.m. till 7 pm, that this means breakfast is only served from 8 onwards; and that there is no "savoury" breakfast, just a "sweet Itakian" one (basically this means: no eggs, no charcuterie). But I had been "warned" about the breakfast type when booking on booking.com and in fact found the breakfast excellent
