Clean bed. Clean toilet and good AC. Basic but fair for what you pay. Breakfast a nice touch

Nice room for a group of two. Clean space with ensuite bathroom. Was in walking distance of major attractions.

I have read some negative comments previously written about this hotel, so basically what is positive is that they do listen to their customers and they have improved their services! The hotel is so cozy and it feels authentic. The breakfast in nice in this price range. The staff gives you entrance data a day before your arrival, including all the codes needed. The self check-in is easy and very cute (for puzzle lovers like me! :D) The location is not exactly close to town center but there is a bus stop nearby or you can walk about 20 mins to S M Novella
