Just wonderful. Really friendly and helpful staff. Our room was stunning with really high ceilings and was very spacious. Excellent location just over the river, on a quieter part of Florence.

Breakfast was excellent, suited us beautifully as we didn’t need a cooked breakfast. The location is excellent, very central for walking to all places of interest. It was a pleasant change to stay in a small hotel with such personal service.

I liked the room, it was very elegant and big. The location is good, close to the touristic area, but not crowded. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. The staff was very nice, we had a pleasant stay.
