The bed was big and comfy. Location was good, direct access to the town centre within 10-15 mins walking. Staff helped us park outside of the ztl. The coffee was tasty

Well located hotel in Florence, the room was very well equipped with a spacious bathroom. Coffee and water bottles were provided daily, which made it a nice gesture from the staff.
