Really amazing! You are greeted with a smile and a coffee (if you wish). Location is great. Bed is very comfy. Super clean everything (Even though it’s difficult with all the Italian humidity problem). Bring your lock for personal belongings! Feels safe even without but still. In general the hostel people are super friendly, helpful, there are free croissants, pasta, eggs to cook and coffee!!! Coffee is good! And milk! And WiFi. Shampoos and stuff are there too, towels. Highly recommend ❤️ and the best part that you can check out and still use the kitchen and leave your backpack. Big thank you for people who run it!!!

Location is great. I guess depending on the room, you might get one looking to the street. It was a bit noisy but not unbearable. This is Italy centre after all 😉 Staff was very welcoming and explained everything clearly. I was pleasantly surprised with all the food available to eat for free! Linens were clean and the room as well. This is an old building so doesn’t feel so fresh anymore but it was kept clean. I stayed in the “female wing” and felt very comfortable and safe.

Everything was excellent, clean all the time! It was great to have things for breakfast (cereal, bread, croissants, jam, juices, milk, tea, and coffee)plus some pasta for dinner if you wanted to cook! And also they provide with a towel! Great customer service by Emily and Isa... they were very kind and helpful. Plus, the girls I met there they were fun!so nice people! Definitely, I will stay again if I am back in Florence.

The nicest staff you could ever get. Amazing location. The available food came in handy! Handy map and good tips from staff. Tip 1: female only dorm has a nice courtyard and may be a bit quieter / spacious. Note to travellers: If you’re travelling the next day… don’t start packing at midnight and wake up the whole dorm room!
