Amazing location, comfortable beds. TV would loose picture which didn’t bother the adults but upset the kids. Host wasn’t helpful when we contacted him about no hot water on our first evening because it was 10 pm and he needed his sleep. When I asked if there was a switch he told me I needed to sleep. This was very disappointing for our first night. Was all rectified in the morning when he told me to check the switch that was off in error. These things happen but Could have saved the distress by simply mentioning that the night before. Other than that all was great for the rest of our stay.

We stayed in this apartment with my wife and our children, and it was perfect for our trip. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, and it was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent — right in the center of Florence, close to all the main attractions. The host was very kind, welcoming, and gave us all the information we needed. A great choice for families or couples visiting Florence. We would definitely recommend it!
