A decent and fair price, in line with what is offered. It was clean both in the room and in the restaurant. The room had the bare necessities (bed, hanger, bedside table, desk, chair, refrigerator). The bathroom was clean. The breakfast room is welcoming and cheerful, everything is arranged with great care for cleanliness and a pleasant appearance, by a housewife, Eugenia. A basic / normal breakfast. We felt comfortable. To get to the location, from in front of the Florence train station, take the T2 tram, 1.7 euros ticket / person valid for 90 minutes, get off after 10 stops and walk 6-10 minutes, about 300 m, the hotel is easy to find.

The property is about 20 minutes from Florence city center by tram. I liked the convenient and peaceful location. The room and washroom were spacious. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was really good- overall good value for money.
