From the start, our experience exceeded expectations. Having a private parking space was a significant advantage and an important factor in choosing this hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive, and the pre-arrival check-in instructions were clear and seamless. The room is of a high standard, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — a tram stop just steps away provides quick access to the city center in only three stops, as well as easy access to the main railway station. The area is safe and quiet, with fast access to the highway, allowing guests to avoid city traffic. P.S. One possible enhancement would be enabling TV app access that allows guests to log into their own accounts (e.g. Netflix), making it easier to enjoy content in their preferred language. We warmly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

The staff were very helpful! Everything was up to standard, modern and very clean. We also got upgraded during our stay which was a lovely surprise and we really appreciated it ☺️ We only had breakfast one morning however there was a very good selection and food was great.

Very convenient and easy to get to. Just a few stops on the tram from the central train station. The beds were nice and comfortable, there was a lift to carry our big luggage to the floor, the hot steam in the shower was great, the apartment was large and spacious. There is also a big supermarket a couple of streets away which was very handy. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Excellent service!
