The apartment is spacious and has most facilities available. Should you require any laundry facilities, there is a local laundromat at ground level in the next block, 250mtr away. There is a decent local grocery store around the corner down the road from the local chemist. All of these convenience’s are within 200mtr of the apartment. ATM facilities are located inside the entrance area of a local bank a little further along from the laundromat. It is advisable to use the local “Lube Kitchen (cuisine)” business address on the ground floor as a taxi pick-up point should you want to use a taxi to get into the city.
