The location was perfect, walkable to every attraction in the city, rooms were very clean, modern, comfortable and with all the amenities we could need. The waterfall shower was a highlight! Pierpaolo was without doubt the best host we have ever had, incredibly friendly and could not be more helpful! Overall fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Florence.

Everything! My room was upgraded to superior for free, it was very spacious and modern. The bed was really comfortable too. Pierpaolo had thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible and he was always available to offer help via whatsapp. Had a great stay and would highly recommend!
