The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were also very responsive during the pre check in as we had to check in bit late. Everything was very clear with instructions. Location was exactly what we booked. Would definitely consider booking again.

Excellent location – only 10 minutes to the city centre and 3 minutes to the train station. The area is quiet and peaceful, which makes it perfect to relax after a busy day. There is a tram stop just 1 minute away, so getting to the airport is very quick and easy – around 25 minutes door to door. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, especially considering the price. For Florence, the value for money is outstanding. There is really no need to overpay elsewhere.

I had a very pleasant stay. The place is nice, clean, and very well located (1 minute walk from the tram stop). The check-in and check-out process is really convenient, and the owner and staff are friendly and helpful.
