The staff were lovely. We had room service daily with fresh towels. Breakfast was included and was great. In a good location to walk to sites and the train station.

The host was so lovely! Kindly carried my heavy bag up the stairs and let us leave our bags for the day. The room was perfect, quaint, had everything we needed and location was super close to everything. There were plenty of breakfast options too.

Location, very central to the main sites in Florence. Easy access to use Tram to and from airport. View of Dome fantastic.

It was right in the center of Florence. They also gave us the keys to the terrace so we could go there whenever we wanted. Last but not least, they carried our suitcases up the stairs.
