The staff went over and above what was expected. Extremely helpful when we needed to see a Doctor. Also when we needed to get a bus to the station, then walked us there and explained everything we needed to know.

Friendly welcome. The Italian manager was cheerful and talkative. The hotel is quite small, so breakfast time was simple but nice with a friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was ready for 8.30 am. The hotel was a short walk away from many famous attractions. The accommodation was also good value and felt safe.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. It's our pleasure to meet them in Florence. The breakfast was great. Lots of bread to choose from and coffee made by the staff gave us energy to start the day.
