“Location, location, location!!”

Location was fantastic, right in the heart of the historic centre! Room was an appropriate size (we managed to have 2 big suitcases open with room to walk around them, which was good.) The bed was a decent size and relatively comfortable. Nice big shower. It was lovely that our water/mini bar was replaced daily too. The older lady working at reception was very helpful after we had some issues on our first night.

Perfect location. Hard but comfortable bed. Good kitchen and nice views from the 5th floor, but only of the rooftops, alley and the tower. No river or city views.

Location - arguably best in Florence, and with two good Tuscan restaurants literally downstairs. And the nice and helpful staff. First visited in 2021, therefore came back, and will visit again
