Great hospitality, dated surfaces but cleanliness and new bathroom fixtures made all as comfortable as we hoped, easy location to walk every sights we wanted to see. I can recommend this La Stella d'Oro.

The room and the bathroom were very good size and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. It was spotless clean and very quiet. The location was amazing. Walking distance to the train station and all important places in Florence. There was filtered water machine, tea and coffee available as well as sweet treat refilled daily. We loved everything.

Gorgeous room! The bed, wallpaper, and exposed beam ceilings were beautiful. I liked that they were trying to stay plastic-free with their drinking water dispenser and bottles.
