A cosy, exceptionally clean room by train station with a short walking distance to many city attractions. I appreciated having a small lockable safe and a kettle. Although I didn't use the fridge, when travelling during the summer is a nice amenity to have. Everything was well thought to detail, such as having a wine opener in the room and multiple channels on TV. The heating worked well. Host Silvia was very friendly, helpful and caring. The communication prior arrival was also excellent and reassuring. Traveling solo I felt very safe and super comfortable. I would certainly book again. Thank you, Silvia.

Terrific B&B close to train station but quiet area. Comfortable room with nice outlook and comfy bed. Silvia brought us a delicious breakfast in our room every morning. Highly recommended for a stay in Florence.

Breakfast was brought to your room, you made your choice the day before, we had no issue, There was a table and chairs you could sit at to eat,

Less than 5 mins walk from station and few minutes from Il Duomo. Lovely old building. Really quiet my room faced on a courtyard with a pretty tree in bloom. Silvia was the best host - warm friendly- helpful allowing me to drop luggage early. Fabulous breakfast
