Nice staff. I had a big room not facing the street so it was super quiet. It is a bit far from the city center, but there is a direct bus and it goes frequently

Everythings are good! Location is a little bit apart from city center but close to Piazza of Michelanzello, easy to see Sunrise. And one bathroom covers three rooms, that's also fine to me! Especially, Kitchen is always open and take small foods throughout the day.
