After check-in, staff will escort you to your room.The property is located in a building with no lift.Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. The room was well furnished, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the train station and in the centre of the old town. Plenty of places to eat on the same road and the market which had great eating options was also a 5 minutes walk.

It was a great pleasure to meet Mrs. Maria. She allowed us early check-in, was very kind and charming. The location was very good, on a charming street full of pleasant restaurants, very close to the Duomo. The room is well-lit, the bed and pillows are excellent, the minibar and amenities show care for the guest. The bathroom is very functional, with a strong, stable and hot shower. The cleanliness of the room also deserves a good rating. Excellent value for money. In short, it will be our home in Florence.

We liked the decor, it felt quite fancy. Plenty of room, with facilities such as air con and a mini fridge.

Excellent location - walking distance to cafes, restaurants, landmarks, fountains, etc. Room had air conditioning and was clean/tidy. Although the landlady couldn't speak English, we understood each other and were able to communicate. She provided tea/coffee/biscuits, etc. Private bathroom with all amenities and bidet.
