A single room is small but convenient for a short stay with all necessary items. Perfect location, walking distance to all the main attractions and historical places. Also very close to the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff, provided a lot of information on the places to visit . I highly recommend this place.

The location of the hotel is very close to Duomo Cathedra, very close to many historical objects or many nice restaurants or bars. Hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. Airconditioning in the room is good and silence, and windows are tight, so there is no sound of street traffic.

Ok for a very short stay. I was on the 5th floor and being no lift pretty much killed me and I'm fit! The only reason for a better Star rating is for the staff member on checking in, he was informative, giving me all the tips for places to see and helped me with my luggage up the stairs.

Pushing a suitcase on the cobblestone sidewalks of Florence is quite tiring, so I was very glad that this hotel was very close to Santa Maria Novella Station. I am truly grateful for the kindness of the hotel staff (he carried my suitcase up to my room as there was no elevator, and suggested an efficient walking route to see the sights of Florence and gave me a map with it marked on it. He also kindly agreed to store my luggage after check-out). Although it was an old building, it had a great atmosphere and I really felt like I was staying in Florence. It was very clean and well-maintained. There are a lot of mosquitoes in Florence in summer, so I applaud the fact that there was an electric mosquito repellent in the room! Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the breakfast area was out of order (according to the hotel staff, he had asked a repairperson to come, but it was taking a while for him to come). It was a truly Italian moment.
