Location was very convenient and nicely placed in front of the lively square. We had an apartment suite and the rooms were big and comfortable. Highlight though has to be the service from the front desk. Eleanora is very warm and helpful. Special shout out to Aljanna who went all out to make us comfortable during our stay. Her hospitality was immaculate.

Very well located in a gorgeous square. We had a view of the square out the window. The room was very comfortable and large. Breakfast had wide variety of choice, with excellent pastry options. Staff were very obliging.

Cozy, nicely furnished hotel with the great location. Few minutes from Duomo and also from railway station. The room was nice and silent. Everything worked well and service was great.

The staff was nice and helpful! The room is so comfortable and has a beautiful view of the piazza. The gym is good, breakfast has lots of options and they provide a variety of amenities.
