The room had a balcony with city and Duomo view; exeptionally picturesque at sunrise. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

My favourite thing about the property would probably be the staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and tended to us asap. Even for breakfast, the staff were swamped with guests but they still made room for us at the living room area and promptly set up an extra table for us. Really good service!

Lovely situation, good facilities, fantastic staff. Bedroom with great views overlooking the river. Very good breakfast with plenty of variety.

Beautiful hotel with excellent friendly staff. A great location that is close by to all the major attractions. Bedroom is nice and peaceful. Highly recommended.
