Great place with wonderful and incredibly kind staff. The gentlemen behind the counter treat the guests with amazing humanity. The breakfast is also fantastic. The history of the hotel is fascinating, worth learning about. I'm glad I was here! Thank you!

Great old hotel very near all main attractions, particularly the cathedral, only a seven minute walk from the train stations. Good service at reception, decent old room, decent size, good bed and mattress, tea/coffee making equipment, free water in the fridge for the day. A good bathroom where everything works, plus basic toiletries, and a nice, unusual air drier that works well. Lift up to the second floor. Nice breakfast room with good spread of food, continental style, but can order eggs too.
