Location - perfectly walkable to the entire old town, kindness of the staff, spacious room, cleanliness bathroom and bedroom, breakfast. Quadruple room was great for a family of 4. Flexible check in/check out.

The lady who greeted us at reception was exceptional, extremely helpful and very welcoming. The room was decorated and cleaned very well. The room was lovely with a view to the garden. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and cosy; great bathroom too. Great to be able to open the windows and get some fresh air. Good to have a lift too. The breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from. Really surprised how quiet the hotel was into the evening without being disturbed by other guests.

Very conveniently located only five minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella railway station. It was also only a five minute walk down the Via Faenza to the Piazza del Duomo and ten minutes away from the Uffizi Galleries, the Palazzo Vecchio and other central tourist attractions. Our room was on the top (third) floor) away from the noise of the street and we had no problems with any noise inside the hotel either. It was very comfortable and we had no problems with the facilities at all during our 11 night stay. Breakfast was included in the price and there was always a very good range of hot and cold food provided each morning, while the staff were very helpful and attentive.
