Great location and good value for money with the best rooftop view in all Florence

This hotel is all about location, easily the best I've experienced to orient yourself in Florence. The staff were great, rooms accessible by elevator even the cleaning staff were welcoming. The busy rooftop bar has a magnificent view. This place is what I would call cheap and cheerful, it has a vaguely upmarket backpacker vibe. The room was clean though and the bathroom excellent. You do get a lot of street noise to be expected in this location.

The hotel was in a great location 2 min walk to cathedral, 5 min walk to the Uffici and 12 min walk to train station. Our room 507 was very Italian, with basic amenities but clean and tidy and towels changed every day. The Balcony had a great view of the bell tower and cathedral, which was a bonus. There is also a rooftop bar to take in the view. We did not have the breakfast, but there is a great coffee shop below. This is an ideal hotel to view the city.
