My stay at Hotel Lorena was absolutely amazing! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is incredible — super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They assisted with everything I needed, even small details, which made my stay very comfortable.

The hotel was a really lovely place to stay in Florence. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and get around on foot. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. They made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of the city and within reach of all the tourist attraction, restaurant and shops. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. Staying in the hotel feels like going back in time as it is a very old building with old furnitures.
