Out of 7 hotels on our long trip around Italy this one was the best overall. Very clean, receptionists smile and are very polite. Very good location. Spacious enough for a family of 4.

Breakfast is good. Location is pretty convenient (15 min walk from the center). Parking is just behind the building. Comfy beds. Nice staff with perfect English.

everything. the stuff, the breakfast the comfort congrats. Also the location is the best because if you want to go anywhere around florence’s center, you have to take a transport next to santa maria novella train center.

Very close to the train station and city center, only 15-20 minutes walk. The rooms were excellent, clean and modern feel, they left a dog plate in the room given we were traveling with our Jack Russell. Breakfast was super complete with fresh products and alternatives to all needs.
