Me and my wife had a really lovely stay overall. The customer service was excellent—everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout. The location is fantastic: very close to the train station and central attractions, yet just far enough away to remain peaceful and quiet. The room itself was a highlight—very large and spacious, with a beautiful design that feels distinctly Italian. The furniture and décor were charming, and the fresco-style ceiling added a special touch. The bathroom was also impressive, especially the large bathtub, which was very relaxing. Our room faced the inner courtyards garden, making it even more peaceful. A particularly thoughtful touch was that we mentioned we were on our honeymoon, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of wine and some small biscuits waiting in the room—such a lovely gesture. Another detail I really appreciated was that each day they replenished two still waters and two sparkling waters in the room’s mini fridge free of charge. Breakfast was another great aspect. The breakfast room is small and intimate but very pleasant. The staff were attentive and offered made-to-order eggs and hot drinks, alongside a nice selection of meats, cheeses, cereals, fruits, breads, and delicious homemade cakes.

the staff were all very pleasant, the breakfast had a wide choice and we were also offered made to order omelettes if we wished. the room was large and comfortable, if rather dark and the bathroom was good, there was a lift once you had your keys, very slow but it worked

very spacious room, beautiful stairway with painted ceiling. location near trainstation and famous perfume shop fantastic. absolutely delicious breakfast with cheerful waitress baking fresh cake.

We stayed in a triple room since we wanted a separate bed for the kid. The room was spacious and had a beautiful ceiling. Everything was fine and clean. Breakfast was really nice, especially for scrambled eggs made personally for each guest. Perfect local pastries. Location is good. Far enough from the railway station, yet easily accessible by foot, and close enough to historical places. Oh, and of course the wine window across the street is a good bonus for wine lovers.
