his hotel truly felt like a home to me in Florence. The friendliness and care of every staff member could be felt at every moment. Everything was good. The hotel occupies one floor of a historical building. We booked a 4-person accommodation, and it was spacius. The sofa that turned into a bed was big and accommodated two adults generously. The breakfast was very good with enough options and mafe freshly for you. The cleaning was very good. It's a 5-minute walk from the main train station and 10 minutes from Palazzo Vecchio and Central Market. Staff is very attentive. I recommend it.

Nice hotel with welcoming staff. Room was bit small but comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. You have to tell them in advance the options from the list to avoid waste. Location is excellent. Near to Train station and main attractions are in walking distance. They also allow you to keep luggage in the hotel after checkout which was superb.

Everything could not be better. Breakfast is well served, the location is convenient, and the administration is perfect. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but after a short communication, the administration helped me check in as soon as the room was cleaned.
