The staff was sweet and helpful, also they were quick in response to request and enquires. The minibar was refilled every day, and the hotel did not shortchanged on the amenities to be used. Location is very centralized and is good to walk about within the area.

An oasis of charm, class and luxury in the middle of everyday Fiorenze has to offer. A small hotel that offers personal service, great rooms and amazing breakfasts. Soft drinks in the room and water is all complementary.
