The location of the hotel - everything within walking distance. The really friendly, nice, staff. How clean the room was kept. The breakfast is good enough.

Really Close to the train station. Big room and clean. Mattresses really comfortable. Staff friendly. Amazing breakfast with all the cakes homemade. I will be back in 2 weeks!

10/10 Clean 10/10 excellent customer service 10/10 Great Experience 10/10 Accomodating Lovely old Italian building with high ceiling. Has elavator, Really good for the price. Close to Firenze Stazione. Can store luggages early before check in and after check in.
